PHASE 2

Pilot MPL (240 MTPD)

A Certified Pilot Mineral Processing License (MPL) was established with 240 MTPD capacity.

• Pilot plant tested multiple ore bodies.

• Metallurgical flowsheets validated and optimized.

• Recovery efficiency proven through small-scale runs.

This step bridged exploration results with operational

reality, de-risking our transition to full scale.

PHASE 3

Scale-Up: 1,000 TPD CIL Plant (Rufunsa Flagship L2)

With exploration and pilot data complete, we are now ready to commission our 1,000 TPD Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) facility.

This flagship operation transforms Orein into a large-scale sustainable gold producer.

• Designed with state-of-the-art crushing, milling, leaching, and gold recovery circuits.

• Environmentally responsible design, tailings management, and water recycling included.

PHASE 4

Advanced PGM & Copper Facilities

Following gold, Orein will expand into Zambia’s first advanced PGM processing plant and integrate copper operations.

• Focused on Iridium, Rhodium, Palladium, and Platinum recovery.

• Copper beneficiation and refining circuits developed in parallel.

This diversification enhances resilience, scales revenues, and secures Orein’s role as a multi-metal leader in Africa.

PHASE 5

Financial Growth & IPO

With multiple operations running, Orein will strengthen its financial books and prepare for a landmark IPO at the London Metal Exchange (LME).
